Small flat, short move
I had to move a small flat to the next town - a dozen or so boxes of different size and weight. The van arrived at precisely the agreed time, the driver helped with the loading, let me ride with them to the destination, and helped with the unloading there. Overall the experience was very smooth and pleasant and took a lot less time and effort than I anticipated.
