Pricing is based on your booking details, including hours booked, the level of help required, and the van size selected. You’ll see one clear price before you book.
Discuss a fixed slot with our team before booking and check reception hours, lift reservations and loading arrangements with the accommodation provider. Arrival times are estimates. Short-notice moves depend on availability for your date and route; a booking should not be assumed to guarantee a building access window.
Have belongings packed, boxes manageable and loose parts secured before collection. Packing is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. With customer loading and unloading, you provide the people needed at both ends and the driver’s loading help is not included. Select helpers during booking if you need carrying assistance.
