Need to report a problem? Reporting a problem pauses payment while the booking is reviewed.
Time beyond your booked time is charged at the half-hourly rate shown during booking and on your receipt.
Parking, congestion or clean-air charges, tolls and ferry fares are not included in the booked price. They depend on the route and arrangements required for your move.
Changes to dates, addresses, access, item quantities, van size, loading help or extra stops can affect the price and remain subject to driver availability.
