Standard bookings
The job sheet shows the balance to collect from the customer and any agreed additional charges. Follow the payment arrangements recorded for that booking.
Advance-payment bookings, where offered
The customer pays us in advance. Ask them to confirm completion before you leave. Funds are released under the applicable sign-off and payment terms, subject to holds or disputes.
Do not collect the quoted booking amount again when it has already been paid in advance.

How do job offers work, and can I decline?
Review the journey, booked time, items, vehicle and loading requirements and offered price before accepting. You do not have to accept every offer. Once you accept and are allocated a booking, you commit to fulfilling it.
How much does registration cost?
There is no subscription or lead fee. The offer shows the price for the job, and your job sheet records the agreed work and payment arrangements.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on suitable customer bookings, the jobs you accept and the work completed. Review the offered price before accepting. We do not guarantee a minimum number of jobs or earnings.
How and when do I get paid?
For standard bookings, the job sheet shows the balance to collect from the customer. For advance-payment bookings, follow the completion confirmation and payment terms shown for that job; funds may be subject to holds or disputes. Do not collect the quoted booking amount again if the customer has paid it in advance.
What vehicles and documents do I need?
Provide accurate vehicle and business details, the relevant driving and vehicle licences, and proof of insurance appropriate to the work. Our onboarding team confirms the checks needed before activation. Do not accept work beyond your vehicle capacity, equipment or insurance.
Can I work part-time or alongside my own customers?
You can review suitable offers around your existing work and continue serving your own customers or working with other platforms, subject to the Driver Services Agreement. Keep your working preferences up to date.
What happens after I register?
Create an account, complete your profile and vehicle details, and provide the requested documents. Our team reviews the application and contacts you about any outstanding information before activation.
Who helps with booking changes?
Our team supports booking administration and changes. Use the contact arrangements on your job sheet and keep us informed if the agreed work or access changes.
