You can request transport for a suitable item bought from a private seller, subject to availability for the addresses and date. Agree the purchase directly with the seller and confirm dimensions, collection permission, a contact number and readiness to load. Discuss any fixed collection window with our team before booking.
Choose the loading option for the item and access at both ends. With customer loading and unloading, you arrange the people needed at collection and delivery; the driver’s loading help is not included. Do not assume a seller will help carry the item. Add suitable help during booking if you need it.
The quote depends on the addresses, date, van size, loading help, access and booked time. A heavy item with stairs may need more time and help than a boxed item at ground level. Check pricing and possible additional charges, and include the seller’s access details before requesting your price.
