Every FMMV van booking includes a driver to transport your belongings. You do not drive the vehicle. Choose the loading-help option separately so the booking reflects who will carry items at both addresses.
Choose customer loading and unloading when you can provide enough people at collection and delivery. The driver does not provide loading help with that option. If you need assistance, select the help shown in your quote and describe heavy items, stairs and carrying distances.
It depends on your move and the complete costs of each option. Compare rental duration, mileage, fuel, collection and return effort, and any hired help with your FMMV quote for the same load and journey. Neither option is always cheaper.
Use a complete inventory, item dimensions and weights to assess capacity. Check access at both ends and the loading help required. Our van size guide helps you plan; confirm unusual loads before booking rather than relying on the vehicle name alone.
