I booked a van 4 days prior to my move date with another company. Paid the full sum in advance and my booking was cancelled an hour AFTER the van was due to arrive. I had already broken down my super king bed frame and all furniture were downstairs awaiting the Van. Imagine the frustration I felt. Received a text confirming my booking with Drivers name and mobile number, and a phone call from their customer service to confirm my booking, so I definitely felt reassured that it was legit Driver arrived 2 minutes early for a timeslot for anytime between 6pm and 7pm. He was really quick Packed up his Luton Van to the max in about 20 minutes. Transported to our new place and unloaded in less than 30 minutes. Definitely a God send.
