A Devizes man and van move should be planned for the Wiltshire address rather than assumed to use Bath's street arrangements. Give the complete load and identify the entrance used for carrying. Include any separate storage pickup before choosing the vehicle.
Check doors, gates and stairs for the largest item and agree dismantling beforehand where necessary. Describe the permitted loading position and carrying distance at delivery as well as collection. Choose help for the full job.
Wiltshire's parking bay suspension information sets out its application conditions. Confirm current arrangements with the council and do not assume a suspended position is guaranteed to remain clear.
For wider planning advice, see our Bath area moving guide.
Check route restrictions and allow for loading and travel time.
Need help preparing your belongings? Select optional services in your quote, subject to eligible provider availability for your journey and date. Loading help alone does not include these extras.
Book packing at your primary pickup on moving day. Tell us what needs packing and have suitable boxes, tape and protective materials ready unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepare anything outside the booked scope yourself.
Book dismantling at the primary pickup and assembly separately at the primary drop-off. Describe each item, supply available instructions and flag specialist tools in advance. Your driver brings standard tools.
Each extra is separate elapsed team time in 30-minute blocks at your booking rate. Unpacking, separate-day packing and services at extra stops are not included.

Plan the load, access and help needed at both addresses before booking.
Your quote reflects the addresses, date, van size, loading help and booked time. Include stairs, lift access, carrying distances and any extra stops at the start. A short journey can still require time for loading and unloading. Read what is included and possible additional charges before confirming.
Match the service to the complete load. See single-item transport for one bulky purchase or small moves for boxes and a few pieces of furniture. For a full flat inventory, review flat removals and plan the vehicle and help around all your belongings.
