Your flat removals quote reflects the load, vehicle, selected loading help, booked time and journey. Floors, usable lifts and carrying distances can make otherwise similar apartment moves quite different.
Include access details for both addresses, even when only one is a flat. A reserved lift or loading bay does not guarantee an exact arrival time; discuss fixed windows before booking.

Packing help at pickup
Book packing at your primary pickup on moving day. Tell us what needs packing and have suitable boxes, tape and protective materials ready unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepare anything outside the booked scope yourself.
Furniture dismantling and reassembly
Book dismantling at the primary pickup and assembly separately at the primary drop-off. Describe each item, supply available instructions and flag specialist tools in advance. Your driver brings standard tools.
Each extra is separate elapsed team time in 30-minute blocks at your booking rate. Unpacking, separate-day packing and services at extra stops are not included.

Include the access arrangements at both collection and delivery.
Stairs and long carrying distances can affect the time and help needed. Include the floor, stairs, lift access and carrying route at both addresses so the quote reflects your move. Extra time is charged at the half-hourly rate shown during booking and on your receipt.
Check its usable dimensions, any load restrictions and whether it must be reserved for moving. Confirm building rules with the manager and measure your largest items. Tell us if furniture will need to use the stairs; lift availability alone does not establish that everything will fit.
Discuss the required window with our team before booking and include it in your move details. Arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and operational factors. Do not assume a fixed building slot can be met without discussing the arrangements. Read the arrival-time terms.
Check the loading option you select. With customer loading and unloading, you provide the people needed at both ends and the driver’s loading help is not included. If you book helpers, choose enough help for the heaviest items and the access route.
Packing and furniture dismantling can be booked at the primary pickup; assembly or reassembly is a separate extra at the primary drop-off. These services depend on eligible provider availability and are not included automatically with loading help.

Allocated providers are required to hold valid goods-in-transit insurance. Cover depends on policy terms, limits and exclusions. Discuss valuable, fragile or unusual items before booking, and read the damage and claims terms for declaration requirements, liability limits and written reporting deadlines.
