List furniture, appliances and packed boxes, including items in storage spaces. Check vehicle capacity and tell us about stairs, lifts and long carrying distances.

A mileage figure alone cannot tell you the price. Your quote reflects the load, vehicle, selected loading help, booked time, route and access.
When comparing removal quotes, use the same inventory and requirements at both addresses.
How pricing and payment work →Extra time is charged at the half-hourly rate shown during booking and on your receipt. Applicable parking, congestion or clean-air charges, tolls and ferry fares are separate. Changes to your move details may affect the quote.
Before moving day
List every item and planned stop. Pack and label your belongings unless different arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Confirm keys, loading permissions and a contact at each property. Check lift dimensions and reservations where needed.
Tell us about fixed building windows or uncertain key handover before booking. Arrival times are estimates; plan your own travel separately.

You can arrange transport for household furniture, packed belongings or office furniture and equipment within the selected vehicle capacity and service. Provide a complete inventory and describe heavy, fragile or unusual items before booking. Do not rely on bedroom count or office size alone to establish capacity.
It depends on the loading option you select. With customer loading and unloading, you provide the people needed at both ends; driver loading help is not included. If you book helpers, select enough help for the items and access at collection and delivery. Check the selected services in your quote.
Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather and operational factors can affect the journey. Discuss key handover, loading-bay reservations and restricted building hours before booking. Do not assume guaranteed same-day delivery or a fixed arrival slot. See the arrival-time terms.
