Enter your pickup and drop-off details, tell us what you’re moving, and choose the van size and level of help you need. You’ll see available options and one clear price based on your booking details, then you can book online.
Record the height, width and depth of the item, including its packaging, and whether it will be assembled. Check the narrowest door, hallway, stair turn and lift at both addresses. Sofas, beds, wardrobes and tables may need preparation before they can pass through; discuss awkward items with our team before booking.
Furniture collections can be arranged from shops or private sellers, subject to availability. Agree the collection window, provide a contact at each address and confirm the item will be ready to load. Give any order reference or collection instructions required by the seller. Arrival times are estimates, so discuss a fixed collection slot before booking.
Do not assume dismantling, assembly or reassembly is included. Tell our team what needs preparation and confirm the arrangements before booking. Adding loading help does not by itself add assembly services. Have loose parts secured and furniture ready for the agreed collection.
Choose loading help for the heaviest item and the access at both ends. With customer loading and unloading, you provide the people needed and the driver’s loading help is not included.
