Need help preparing your belongings? Select optional services in your quote, subject to eligible provider availability for your journey and date. Loading help alone does not include these extras.
Packing help at pickup
Book packing at your primary pickup on moving day. Tell us what needs packing and have suitable boxes, tape and protective materials ready unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepare anything outside the booked scope yourself.
Furniture dismantling and reassembly
Book dismantling at the primary pickup and assembly separately at the primary drop-off. Describe each item, supply available instructions and flag specialist tools in advance. Your driver brings standard tools.
Each extra is separate elapsed team time in 30-minute blocks at your booking rate. Unpacking, separate-day packing and services at extra stops are not included.

Furniture Delivery – FAQs
Enter your pickup and drop-off details, tell us what you’re moving, and choose the van size and level of help you need. You’ll see available options and one clear price based on your booking details, then you can book online.
Record the height, width and depth of the item, including its packaging, and whether it will be assembled. Check the narrowest door, hallway, stair turn and lift at both addresses. Sofas, beds, wardrobes and tables may need preparation before they can pass through; discuss awkward items with our team before booking.
Furniture collections can be arranged from shops or private sellers, subject to availability. Agree the collection window, provide a contact at each address and confirm the item will be ready to load. Give any order reference or collection instructions required by the seller. Arrival times are estimates, so discuss a fixed collection slot before booking.
Packing and furniture dismantling can be booked at the primary pickup; assembly or reassembly is a separate extra at the primary drop-off. These services depend on eligible provider availability and are not included automatically with loading help.
Supply boxes and packing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drivers bring standard tools; describe the furniture, provide instructions and agree any specialist tools before moving day. Choose loading help for the heaviest item and the access at both ends. With customer loading and unloading, you provide the people needed and the driver’s loading help is not included. If you book helpers, account for stairs, narrow passages and long carries; ask our team if you are unsure what the item needs.
It’s best to be there, or have someone available at pickup and drop-off to provide access and confirm the item is collected and delivered as expected. If you can’t attend, make sure instructions and contact details are provided in advance.
