Include both Bishop's Stortford handovers
For a Bishop's Stortford purchase collection, specify who releases the item and who receives it. If a seller changes the address or adds items, contact support before collection.
A revised journey and inventory require their own agreement. Waiting arrangements should be checked in the booking terms, not replaced with an invented standard local waiting fee.

Check what has changed
- Compare the actual inventory and access with the details supplied for the booking.
- Identify any extra stop, additional service or changed handling requirement.
- Ask the relevant authority or building operator to explain its own charges separately.
Contact support before relying on a changed plan. The applicable booking terms and agreed work determine whether an adjustment is needed; the locality alone does not establish a surcharge.
Check the local arrangements
For the Bishops Stortford address, use East Herts parking guidance as a starting point for the current street requirements. Confirm that the guidance covers the actual location and proposed use; it does not grant private-building access.
