Find out which Tower Hamlets permission is actually needed
Check the proposed loading point and its restrictions before assuming a parking charge belongs in your move. Use current council guidance for any necessary street arrangement and confirm who applies and pays. A home-move concession should not be treated as eliminating every related charge. Private estate access needs its own confirmation.
Plan your move in Tower Hamlets
Check the price and availability for your addresses, moving date and loading requirements. Book through Find My Man and Van; we allocate a suitable provider after booking.
Small local collection: £53.00 total — example for London.
1 × small van; Customer Loading/Unloading; 5 miles, 1.5 hours, ground-floor access. Modelled for 29 October 2026. Your quote depends on your actual move details and date.
Providers covering the London area
Local coverage is a guide, not a reservation of these providers. Explore local providers.
Check the estate-to-flat route in the quote
Describe gates, shared paths, floor and usable lift before selecting loading help. If a lift appointment or entry contact is missing, resolve it before collection. A wait for controlled access is different from transporting the listed belongings, so ask how unavailable entry would be handled under the booking terms.
Request amendments with a specific reason
Keep the agreed item list and access notes. If you add a seller collection or must use a different entrance, explain that change before moving day. Ask what remains included and what needs revising. This makes the discussion about your particular man and van job rather than a supposed area-wide hidden fee.
