List reassembly separately from loading assistance
Loading help does not automatically describe what you want done with furniture after delivery. Name any bed, table or shelving unit that needs reassembly and check whether that work is included. Keep the fittings and instructions together so the agreed task can be carried out.
If an item must remain assembled, tell the booking team before choosing the van. Give its dimensions and explain the access at the destination as well as the collection property. A workable route out of the old home does not guarantee entry into the new one.
