- The collection and delivery addresses, plus any extra stops.
- The earliest collection time and the deadline for leaving or entering each property.
- Boxes, furniture and bulky-item dimensions, including anything that is not packed yet.
- Stairs, lift reservations, narrow access and the distance from the loading position.
- The loading help required and any packing or dismantling request.
Submit accurate details even when time is tight. Understating the inventory or omitting a stop can change the vehicle, booked time and price required.
Check availability and the complete quote
Check the options available for your actual date and requirements. Review the quoted scope, allocated time, additional-time charges and amendment terms before paying. If your timing is flexible, compare the available options; do not assume a particular day will be cheaper.

Packing help needs advance agreement
Declare unfinished packing and any furniture dismantling before booking. Assistance may be possible if suitable and enough time is allocated, but it is not automatically included. Confirm materials, tools and charges. Tasks outside the agreed scope or unsafe to carry out may be declined.
If the destination is not ready
Tell the booking team about uncertain keys or access. If storage is required, arrange the facility separately and confirm its opening times, loading rules and receiving arrangements. Declare storage collections or deliveries in the booking; FMMV does not provide storage directly. Check the waiting and additional-time terms rather than assuming a delay is included.
