A really impressive removal organisation
give me an ETA, he was polite, friendly but not Efficient call back to my original call. Very polite, understanding and clear I was somewhat stressed. Went through information they require and costs - enabled me to answer with ease of understanding to make my decision to accept without delay. I would happily use this service again if needed and happy to recommend to others. Follow up information and confirmation arrived quickly, was clear and helpful. The driver contacted me as they said he would to intrusive in conversation during the journey and both loaded and unloaded my goods without any issues. I can only thank them all for such a helpful, efficient and kind service on a very difficult day.
