Quick and no nonsense
The instructions for the move were clear and precise. The driver was very helpful and informative, before and during the move. There were also no complaints for moving from the third floor. The team offered me a lift in the van aswell. And the move in was even quicker and more efficient than the move out. All in all an excellent service and I would definitely hire them again

Easy, reliable and friendly service.
Very easy to book and I received multiple booking confirmations with all the info I could need to make sure I was ready for the day. The driver was very kind and friendly, he helped without being asked and made sure to take all the heavy items so I didnt have to.He was a good and safe driver, pleasant conversation on the way. He noticed my bed base was broken and even went out of his way to fix it for me. I couldnt be happier with the service. I have referred to my boss who is in need of a van too. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service This was my first time using Find My Man and Van and i couldnt recommend highly enough. Understandably slightly apprehensive booking for service online however after multiple failed phone calls with local providers the online approach was much easier than i thought. I wish i had went straight to Find My Man and Van. After paying the deposit online i called the helpline for some reassurance around the process and the team couldnt have been more helpful. Reassuring me of exactly what to expect. In the lead up to the day i was kept informed via text message and on moving day Sufyan and his colleague were very prompt and professional in their service. All of my items were stored securely with protectors placed over all items and transported promptly to my new home. Once we reached my new home Sufyan was very pragmatic in his approach as it was quite difficult to access my home as it is a basement flat. I would 100 recommend Find My Man and Van as they made the moving process extremely easy

From quoting to actual service
From quoting to actual serviceIt was a very easy and straightforward process from getting the quote online to booking the service. Booking details and Drivers name phone number were provided beforehand by text message which as advised can contact the driver to confirm before the move. On the day, Driver Sufyan called in advance to give his estimate time of reaching the property, was helpful during the move and carefully dealt with the items. No hidden cost for the service, paid deposit online and remainder to the driver in cash. He was also a good company for the journey.

the men turned up on time ,nothing was too much for them even though my son had more boxes and bags that were in the itinery that they received, would definitely recommend them, was happy that I even gave them a decent tip,the men even dismantled a awkward king-size bed for my son

Sufyan was amazing and went above and beyond to help me out with a very big and heavy couch that was nearly impossible to get inside. He was also very quick and on time to pickup, load and unload everything. Very fair price and was able to book same day within a few hours. Ill be using this service more regularly.

The guys were great, but be thorough
The guys were great, showed up on time and were very efficient packing and unpacking the van. Needed to take an extra bedside table and a basket full of bits, they charged 10 extra for it which seemed reasonable. However, I would advise anyone using the service to be very thorough with the list of goods to move you are required to provide before they show up. As the quote you get is for the hire of the van and the time and not what youre moving. But if you give a list then want to add extra items then theres additional fees. Nonetheless it was a great service and very reasonably priced. Just be very careful your list is complete as it could get expensive fast.
