Many existing comparison services often neglected customer service after a booking was made, leaving customers to fend for themselves during an already stressful. Some services used multi-load services, bundling belongings into already full vans without proper notification. In addition, many imposed high fees on moving companies. These practices led to a lack of transparency and dissatisfaction for both customers and drivers.
