i used the services to find removals
i used the services to find removals, i am dylexic though the services is good i did not know i had to name and count items until after payment, this is fine but think it needs to be before payment as i was not at the same place as items when booking so got stuck,. i explain this to customer services they said they would look into it, The removal company i used was great though he was late he inform me of this explain why which was no fault of his, he was brilliant lovely manner, i would certainly use this site again.
A Smooth Move from London to Birmingham
My experience with Find My Man and Van, plus the driver and vehicle on the day, went perfectly. Find My Man and Vans website helped me plan my move in a way that even helped with the packing how many boxes and what size. I was able to compare prices easily and read reviews to settle on a choice I felt I could trust. The instructions and communications about the process including deposit, riding with the man in the van, and final payment were clear and easy to follow. The man Rick was punctual, polite, helpful and pleasant. I would definitely use Find My Man and Van and Rick himself again and highly recommend them.

Everything Seemed Too Much Trouble
Booked a 2 hour slot for 1 man, one large van for a gentlemen with physical and learning disabilities. The job was to empty belongings from a single room on the 1st floor, and move them to a flat 14 minutes away I timed it myself.Objections were immediately raised - it was apparently a 2 man job and I should have requested 2 men for a single room in 2 hours. There was no furniture - just bags and boxes.He enlisted the help of other residents who have physical and learning disabilities to help carry things.He then left the same carrying items from the lift at the other end as he left after 1 hour 35 minutes. 5 minutes late at beginning, left 20 minutes early. So despite not having put in 2 hours, he was content to leave stuff in the lift for a disabled man to carry, despite the job being accurately described in the quote.
