It was about 1am in the morning I organised my move
It was early in the morning I pick and planned my move that day... 1am or so. It was scheduled for between 12pm and 1pm.I had to do an itinerary of all I was taking. I forgot to list a couple of items... Rang the company and they said Id have to speak to the driver. I was able to take more items to clear my room in the flat. I even got give a bottle of water After we had planned the the way to we would execute the staged removal and then loading of my packed possessions from the 1st floor flat. Finally the price was very reasonable

They failed to move all the items
They failed to move all the items because the booking system was not clear on what to say. Even when I spoke to them on phone before the day there was no guidance.
