How your booking works
Your Reservation Fee secures your selected move date and time. Once confirmed with an allocated Driver, this fee becomes non-refundable. You may transfer your booking once if requested at least 48 hours before your move (subject to availability).
Charging begins when the Driver arrives and is ready to start loading and continues until unloading is complete. Additional time may apply if delays occur.
This price is based on your booking details including hours booked, help selected and van size. Your move is carried out by vetted self-employed Drivers.
