Outstanding service, will use again

Couldnt have asked for better. Very stressful short notice move was incredibly diligently and professionally handled by a lovely small family business who were fast, careful and very friendly and approachable throughout. The main website was clear, easy to navigate and the interface for finding all information was very accessible. Will definitely use again.

Driver Zishan was reliable. Contacted me 2 days prior to appointment day. Arrived even 30 mins early before our requested time. I was initially worried if time wasted due to traffic condition would impact my move quote but it was ok at the end.Driver was polite and helpful too. Arrived with no hiccups.Only if fee can be a little lower then it will be perfect.

Smooth moving day

They are Experts with high standards and real customer careI sought out and used the services of Find My Man and Van quite by chance and rather by accident.On April 20, 2024, I hired Compare the Man and Van to help me move my luggage by renting a large van with the driver and another helper. For May 4, 2024 Saturday. I paid the full price they asked for, which was by no means the lowest price for the service, and I wanted to use the services of very serious people.To my great regret and disappointment with this company Compare the Man and Van not only no one, no one really came, but no one even tried to apologize to me and take any responsibility for the failed move and created the huge danger of almost being left on the street with an extremely large and incredibly valuable luggage.From Find My Man and Van were kind and responsive. Amazing business conversation and help to solve the big problem that arose Two very experienced and professional men came. They asked questions and followed all my instructions. The luggage was indeed a lot, but they handled it flawlessly.Thank you to Find My Man and Van from the bottom of my heart for your help.

Spot on service

Not only was this company cheaper than a rival by nearly 200, the service was excellent. Everything went like clockwork. The two men van arrived when they said, worked hard and carefully to get everything packed in, and they did it in the time. I had forgotten to factor in proper unloading time, but it all worked out in the end, as Id overestimated loading time. The website is easy to use and provides useful guidance on van size and loading times etc. Dont hesitate to use this company

This was the easiest move of my life

This was the easiest move of my life. Ive never moved houses before, so wasnt sure on how to go about getting from A to B. I booked to move my stuff from the Newcastle area to the North West, which covers a lot of distance, and I wasnt sure Id get anyone willing to go so far. With this company, I booked and within an hour I was given someone who was so keen, so kind, and so helpful. He helped me pack all of my items into the van, asked me about my move, and genuinely seemed to love his job. When we got into the north west, he helped me put all of my stuff into storage and even drove me to the train station to get to my new home. This guy went above and beyond, and Ive agreed to use this service again when it comes to moving in to my new property. Like I said, Ive never moved before, and this company made it so quick, so easy, and so stress-free that I even got home 2 hours earlier than expected. I couldnt recommend them any more
