Booking was very easy, even with just a few days in advance. The price was very reasonable.On the day, our driver, Justin, asked if it suited to come early, and they were very quick, efficient and careful. My wife had to work from home in a conference call at the tine, and the driver and his colleague were very quiet, which was really appreciated. On delivery they left the items where requested, and handled everything with care.A few minor things could be improved with the communicationprocess by the website post-booking. You need to list the items for moving. You can reopen the link for this anytime to access the list. However, the list isnt savable and editable, which wasnt clear. Also, there were few things we fortunatly found in the details of the emails which are too important to miss - if you dont pay upfront the full amount you need to pay the rest in cash, also before the move, you need to ring your driver. Communication on this could be clearer. That said, would happily use again. Great service and value
