All parts of this job were looked at with incredible detail by Jack, Sam and Meg. There were some potential hurdles which were easily worked out by the FMMV staff. Received compliments from one of my clients saying the drivers were amazing, they went out of their way for her and were able to make changes on the fly.

Prompt and efficient, could benefit from business-targeted features
Find My Man and Van offered professional customer service, calling me to confirm my booking and proving helpful with my queries about level of Goods Insurance. The driver provided was prompt and efficient.I think the service could be improved in two ways- keeping a register of level of Goods Insurance so you can ensure protected transport of materials valued above 25k when booking, rather than needing to rearrange after booking- providing an invoicing or receipt service to make business expensing simpler. I have not been able to get a receipt from my driver.
