Overall a Smooth Move
Overall the move went smoothly, items packed well onto the van, and everything delivered as required. I would have given 5 stars, however, there was some damage to the wall in the place I was moving from. Nothing was mentioned about that. Considering I had made great effort to leave the place in pristine condition, this came as a shock and disappointment to me. Still, the men had worked hard and hence didnt make it an issue. It got fixed so was good in the end. What did please me was being informed of the delay due to traffic conditions, which helped keep things smooth.
