Packing

Optional packing help is at your primary pickup on moving day, subject to eligible provider availability. Supply boxes and packing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing; unpacking and separate-day packing are not included.

All service time uses your booking rate in half-hour blocks, separately from loading/unloading. Customers supply packing materials. For disassembly and assembly, list the items and tools required; check the manufacturer's instructions if unsure. Your driver brings standard hand tools. Any specialist tools must be agreed with your provider before moving day.

Disassembly/Assembly

Book dismantling at the primary pickup and assembly or reassembly separately at the primary drop-off, subject to eligible provider availability. Drivers bring standard tools; agree specialist tools in advance. Each task is separate elapsed team time in 30-minute blocks at your booking rate, not per person. These extras do not add a duplicate travel charge or cover extra stops.
