Booked a van for a house move, unfortunately the van I'd booked broke down prior to the move. They sourced me another one of comparable size for the same day then called with the news and their solution to ok it. This was more than ok by me!
The guys on the day were brilliant, they really were, kept me updated as to ETA, easy to work with and just got on with it.
Didn't once feel that they were trying to drag it out into overtime, or do a half baked job just to get it finished. Job got done the way it needed to be and it was done well. They were great.
