Driver Availability
Please be aware that there is an increased risk of drivers being unable to fulfill a booking due to either illness or the need for self-isolation.
Due to the exceptional nature of the current situation this can potentially happen on the day of the booking. Should this occur we will endeavour to find a replacement or, failing the finding of such, we will refund the Initial Payment paid in full.
Please allow for the above considerations when planning your move.
Customer Illness/Isolation
If you need to cancel a booking due to illness or self-isolation up to 2 full days before the work is due to commence your Initial Payment will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking less than 2 full days before the work is scheduled we will be happy to rearrange or put the work on hold until such time as you are available.
